ER Corporate cc also adheres to the guidelines and rules for medical practices set out in the National Credit Act (NCA).
Internally ER Corporate cc performs regular audits of billing and clinical records. These are independently corroborated by audits of doctors notes by the Clinical Unit Heads of all our emergency unit practices. Tracking of these findings are performed monthly to visualise trends and correct any problems early.
External Auditors perform an annual audit of ER Corporate cc financials and processes to ensure compliance with general accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and statutory regulators (SARS).
